Since the Human Rights Act states:-
...the State shall respect the right of parents to ensure such education and teaching in conformity with their own religious and philosophical convictions.
Is it the intention of the government to breach the Human Rights Act? Since to implement the findings of this review takes away the freedom of parents to provide an autonomous child centred education.
