Well, they've all but banned smoking, banned drinking in public, they're trying to ban home education, they've demonised cars, raised concerns about bottled water ...... what will they go for next?
Seems like it may be water, all those nasty people who think that just because the pipe is full of the stuff they can just go and use it as they want ........ without permission or measurement!
Anna Walker has just released a report recommending that all customers should have water meters fitted and those big cisterns (you know, the ones that only need to be flushed once) should be outlawed.
